BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

– Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out ends at 12:00 p.m. If you have booked spa treatments on the day of departure, you can shower and change clothes in the spa facilities.

– To formalize a room reservation, the number and expiration date of a credit card will be required as a garantie.

– Cancellation will be free as long as 10 days before the reserved date is notified.

– If the cancellation takes place within 10 days prior of arrival, a 50% refund of the price will be charged.

– In the case of no-show, the fee will be 100% of the budget.

– In the case of reservations for groups or stays longer than 7 nights, the conditions may change.
