RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

– Check-in time at 3;00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 noon.

– To formalize a room reservation, the number and expiration date of a credit card will be required as a guarantee.

– Cancellation will be free as long as it is notified 7 days before the reserved date.

– If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival, a charge of 25% of the confirmed budget will be made to the card provided.

– In the case of no-show, the charge will be 100% of the budgeted total.

– For reservations of more than 5 days or more than two rooms, an advance of 25% of the total stay will be required.
